He has served as Area 1 Director and Vice President for NSPS and is a past president of the Connecticut Association of Land Surveyors. National Society of Professional Surveyors	Richard Meehan is the Past President of CREW CT, The Real Estate Exchange, the Connecticut chapter of CREW Network, a national association of 8000 members in 80 chapters representing the interests of women in commercial real estate. Richard had the distinction of being the first male ever chosen to lead a local chapter.
