Richard has over 35 years of
experience in the direct management of and primary responsibility for a varied range of
survey and design projects. He has represented the surveying profession and Meehan &
Goodin in seminars and workshops before numerous bodies including the Connecticut Bar
Association Real Property Section and numerous title insurance companies. He is a
past-president of the Connecticut Association of Land Surveyors and is a member of the

Russell has over 30 years experience
with a wide variety of designs encompassing all aspects of civil engineering projects from
feasibility studies to construction contract administration. He has been an instructor for
the Professional Engineers Review Course at The Hartford Graduate Center (now Rensselaer
At Hartford) and has written several hydrology and drainage design computer programs for
the Windows environment. Russ is also chair of his town's Nature Trails and

Bob brings over 30 years of direct
experience to the management, scheduling and preparation of all types of land surveying
projects. He is currently the Area 1 Director for and has been elected vice
president for 2010 for the National Society of Professional Surveyors. He is a past
president of the Connecticut Association of Land Surveyors and a member of the Connecticut
Building Industry and Safety Council. Bob is a also member of his Town's Conservation
Commission and the Joshua's Land Trust. He was named Surveyor of the Year by the
Connecticut Association of Land Surveyors. He has co-authored (with Rita
Lumos, NSPS Past President, an article outlining the activities, accomplishments, and
on-going efforts and goals of the NSPS,published in the November 2006 edition of the
