	This giant frog is just one of the unique features at the new Child and Family Development Center at Eastern Connecticut State University in Willimantic. Meehan & Goodin prepared the site plan for this project that included parking, drainage and a sanitary sewer extension. This project was awarded first place in the Small Project, New or Renovation category, in the 2006 Project Team Awards given by the Connecticut Building Congress.
