deteriorated and vacant former industrial building in West Hartford has being removed, the
brownfield site cleaned up, and a new retail development constructed. Anchored by a
new Stop & Shop, the plaza includes space for smaller retail shops, a gas station, a
freestanding bank and provisions for a future office building. As part of a
comprehensive project team, Meehan & Goodin
provided land surveying, site engineering, permit assistance, and construction
administration services for this interesting project. |
